The School Ministry Team or SMT consists of the headmaster and principals of the school along with nine parent couples who are given authority by the elders of Perimeter Church to serve its covenant families with vital leadership.  This team sets policy for the governance of the school as well as providing direction for the future. The headmaster and principals are permanent members while the parents have agreed to a ministry term of three years during which they will serve on an assigned committee. These committees are charged with shepherding our covenant families, caring for our faculty, managing our resources, facilitating enrollment, and promoting a vibrant school life through social events, fundraising, and supplementary activities.

SMT members regularly seek input and are open to suggestions for school policies and improvements, but are not responsible for daily operations. The SMT stewards Perimeter School’s covenant philosophy and is deeply dedicated to the school as a ministry of Perimeter Church and a trustworthy extension of the home.
