Philosophy

In recent years both public and Christian School educators alike are beginning to see the merits of children being educated in the home. As Christians we recognize the biblical mandate of Deuteronomy 6:6-7 to parents to be responsible for the education of their children. In most cases, parents wish to delegate that responsibility to the traditional school. However, it behooves Perimeter Christian School to also support and provide for parents who have chosen to make the sacrifice and commitment necessary to teach their children at home. The program is especially designed to help first-time homeschoolers begin their instruction.
