Campus Meeting Communications Request

Parents/Teachers - Please use this e-form for requesting 1) Tables to be used before or after the Campus Meeting and/or, 2) To request an announcement to be made during the Campus Meeting.  You will receive a response letting you know whether your request has been approved.  Please note:  All requests must be received no later than 12:00 pm the Monday prior to the Campus Meeting.

Campus Meeting Communications Request:

4. I will be supplying my own power point file/video for my announcement (for either the scrolling announcement or personal announcement).  This file MUST be received by 12:00 on the Monday prior to the Campus Meeting.  No exceptions!
