Request a Room / Schedule an Event

All church and school rooms need to be reserved using this I-Form.  

Exception:  Classrooms are already reserved during the week on days on which school is in session from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm for the school's use.  Outside of that time, the classrooms need to be reserved using this I-Form.

Please submit this I-Form to Martha Mahony at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the event in order to be approved.  Although Martha will accept submitted forms after this event, the likelihood of the room request being approved decreases the closer it is to your event date.
