    We have had only one report of difficulty in filling out the ParentsWeb Reenrollment forms. 

    However, in the event that you are having technical difficulties, you can just download this document, fill it out, and submit the forms to Stacey Earnest.

Use this button ONLY to establish your payment plan and create your online access account.  Once your account is established, please sign in to the FACTS Family portal using the link provided on your confirmation email or visit the FACTS page for instructions, helps, and FAQs.
