Documents for Room Parents to Prepare and Distribute to Families

No family input is needed for these documents.  Complete these documents and distribute them as indicated.

• Phone Chain Templates  - Room Parents build the phone chain using the page in the document corresponding to the number of families in your homeroom.  Once complete, give one copy to each classroom parent.   Click on the number of students in your classroom for the approriate document (7 Students,  8 Students,  9 Students, 10 Students, 11 Students, 12 Students,  13 Students, 14 Students, 15 Students, 16 Students, 17 Students, 18 Students)
  • Note:  If you have difficulties typing the contact information into the template bubbles, please try the document named "18 Students" in the template list.  If you have less than 18 students, you can just delete the empty bubbles.
• Teacher Profile - Room Parents print out this form and give to your teacher to fill out.  Give one copy to each classroom parent.
