Room Request Form
Perimeter School is blessed to use the amazing facilities of Perimeter Church. Since the school shares the building and grounds with other church ministries, there is an approval process for each event request.
If you have an event and would like to reserve a room, please submit this form at least 3-4 weeks prior to the date of the event. This will help ensure room availability and approval. Contact Karla Mays if you have any questions regarding the form.
Please Note:
No room may be used unless it has been reserved in advance through this process.
You may have to assist with the setup of your event.
Please refrain from having red colored drinks, confetti, etc. in carpeted areas.
