Update Family Information
Returning Perimeter School families, follow the directions below to update your information in Family Portal. This process was formerly completed during re-enrollment. Now that we are using continuous enrollment, these forms must be completed before the start of the new school year.
This process will only take a few minutes. If you have any problems logging into Family Portal, please contact helpdesk@perimeter.org.

SUMMER ASSIGNMENTS
Summer assignments are listed in the Rising Grade Level Information along with other important resources. If you have not received your student’s summer reading book, you may pick it up in the Elementary Office. The Elementary Office will be open on Mondays from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM during the summer.
Students are responsible for completing summer assignments before the first day of school, Monday, August 10, unless another date is specified on their assignments.
SCHOOL SUPPLies
If you ordered pre-packaged school supplies, your supply kits will be delivered to your home before the first day of school.
Please note that not all items on each grade’s supply list are included in the prepackaged kit. Some items will need to be purchased separately. Check your student’s supply list here for these items.
Contact Amy Adkison with any questions.
LUNCH ORDERS
Students in grades 3-8 and Adventure have lunch at school.
NEW THIS YEAR - We're excited to announce that the Perimeter Café will now provide all school lunch ordering options.
Families will continue to be able to order lunch items directly from the Perimeter Café any day of the week.
In addition, a new advanced-order lunch program will be available through FACTS, featuring Pizza Tuesdays and Boxed Lunch Thursdays.
As always, students can also bring their own lunches to school.
Ordering, along with detailed instructions, will be available before the start of the school year.
Carline Instructions AND Procedures
As we prepare for the construction of the new Randy Pope Equipping Center, there are a few important changes to our carline procedures this school year.
No carline walk-ups in the afternoons. For the safety of our students, families, and the construction crews, walk-ups will not be permitted this school year. All students must be picked up through the carline.
Additional changes coming later this fall. As construction progresses, we will make further adjustments to the carline route and procedures to safely accommodate construction activity. We will communicate these updates well in advance.
Click here to access the carline instructions
Students may be dropped off between 7:45 and 8:05 AM and picked up between 12:15 and 12:30 PM or 3:15 and 3:30 PM. Students dropped off before 8:05 AM should go to their morning rooms: Atrium (grades K-PF), Midtown Auditorium (grades 1-2), Depot (grades 3-5), and Gym (grades 6-8).
Please ensure your students know on which side of the barricade they will be picked up at 3:15 PM. This is especially important if we need to use rainy-day carline procedures.
NAME BADGES
As a Perimeter School parent, you are required to wear your name badge while on campus to identify yourself inside the building. Parents may gain access to school hallways by using the camera at each office entrance to call the school office and be buzzed in.
If you have lost your badge, please contact Amy Adkison, Director of Operations. Replacement badges are $10 and will be billed through FACTS.
New Perimeter School parents, you may pick up your badges at the New Parent Gathering on July 23.
Ministry Safe Training
The care and safety of your covenant child are of utmost importance to us at Perimeter School. That’s why Perimeter Church has enlisted the help of an organization called Ministry Safe to train all staff and volunteers to protect children. As a parent at Perimeter School, you have committed to being a teacher/volunteer in your child’s class and are required to complete Ministry Safe training. If you receive one or more emails regarding Ministry Safe, please know that each email contains a separate link for an item that needs to be completed as soon as you are notified.
It is important to note that there are periodic updates that parents must complete, so even if you have completed Ministry Safe training in the past, there may be sections that need to be updated.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN FACTS
If your credit card expires, please update your card information in FACTS.
Medical Screenings
When your student has a wellness check-up, Perimeter School recommends including a vision/hearing screening.
If your child has medication or special medical needs, such as allergies or asthma, please download and complete the required forms in the medical section of the Helpful Resources page and turn them in to the clinic (along with any medication) during the first week of school.
CAR Magnets
We encourage you to put a Perimeter School magnet on each of your vehicles to show your membership in our covenant family. Also, this helps us better identify Perimeter School vehicles in the carline. Magnets are available in both school offices.
