Let Our Light Shine
May the coming months be filled with joy and refreshing fellowship.

“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16
Let our light shine
As we end another school year, I am deeply grateful for our families and teachers who have worked together to live out our mission in ways that are so powerful. Throughout the triumphs and trials of this school year, the Perimeter School covenant community has emanated the goodness and glory of God in our homes, classrooms, and church each and every day. We are grateful for a school community who together in covenant continues to shine brightly the light and love of Jesus.
I hope our fellowship as a covenant family this year leaves you expectant for all that God has planned for us next year.
May the coming months be filled with an abundance of joy and refreshing fellowship as together we continue to let our light shine brightly before others.
I pray that the light of Christ shines more fully and the love of Christ is experienced more deeply as we journey through this next year together.
It is the small things that matter. It’s okay to be ordinary parents with ordinary children that God can and will use to be His instruments who can turn the world upside down.
I pray we will call out to the Lord for His strength, patience, and mercy as we speak into the hearts of our precious children.
Teachers are given a unique privilege in that they can witness a passion being discovered…
While our pace may be harried, our hearts can be at peace because of His presence.
“…giving from God’s perspective and power is motivated by a vision for His kingdom that capitalizes on an open heart to “see” what God is doing and join Him in that work.”
…I am not alone and never have been, no matter how I sometimes feel. The Lord is with me, and He has richly blessed me with a covenant family who have walked beside us through it all.
God’s narrative is always better than the one our circumstances are trying to tell us.
We serve a God who delights in using the small to confound the great.
